Explanation for Location searcher or scouts
When you have found a suitable location for your project you can contact The Location Bank.

You can find 2 kinds of locations on our website.
Category 1) Non public: like interiors, houses, offices etc.
Category 2) Public: like exteriors, roads, streets, buildings etc.

For Category 1
The Location Bank takes care of the agreements, contracts, invoices, etc.
And on request takes care of Location Management like getting permits etc.

For Category 2
You can ask for the excact coördinates of a location through The Location Bank.
However there are costs involved for this information.
We charge 1 dayfee of a locationscout (through us) for giving exact coördinates
and or adresses of a certain location.
In case you want more than one (of the same kind off) locations to make a best
choice, you will pay administration costs to us. Location coördinates or adresses
will only be given to you after we have received your payments.
On request we will take care of the location management. (permits etc.)

We can also offer locations from our non-public database (due to privacy reasons of
certain location owners).

Explanation voor location owners.
We distinguish commercial and non commercial location owners.


Non commercial location owners.
They can upload (or register) there locations free of charge through the
“submit your location” button. This does not give you any obligations, but if there
comes an assignment, than The location bank will charge a percentage of the locationfee.
The location Bank takes care of the contracts, finance and payments.


Commercial location owners.
They can upload (or register) there location through the “submit your location” button
and show there location for a small annual payment. If there comes an assignment, than
The location Bank will charge a percentage from the locationfee.Agreements will be made
in writing beforehand.

Location Scouts.
They can window dress there most prettiest locations through The Location Bank.
Financial agreements can be made on request beforehand.

In General.
For all the locations shown on our website we will never publish the adress
specifications.This info will only be given exclusively through an employee from
The Location Bank after checking the customer. The Location Bank can never be held
responsible for any dammage caused by working with/through us.
